This was our sixth sample we looked at. We wanted to verify if the area that we saw the brightest green indications and healthy soil sample was consistent with another test. We sampled near the area that we sampled before by the decomposing tree. The light came on a high bright green again. This indicated that the soil had great EC and lots of microbial activity and was a great soil for us to use for our plants. After taking 6 samples of soil we found the best soil to use for out plants! We had a great time soil hunting and learned a lot.

This was our fifth sample we looked at. The light came on nice and quickly, a low bright green. This indicated that the soil had good EC and plenty of microbial activity and was a good soil for us to use for our plants. We noticed that the soil by the rotting tree had the brightest green rating, however this area had the second best soil sample out of all our samples that we looked at.
